Ben Bailey

Owner and Operator
I, along with my brother Joseph, own Bailey Insurance in Mountain Home, AR and Arkansas First Choice Insurance in Jonesboro, and Hot Springs, AR. Joseph and I both graduated from Cotter High School in Cotter, AR and received our degrees from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
I am married to Dr. Sarah Bailey and we have two beautiful daughters, Averi and Olivia.

I was born and raised in the Twin Lakes Area. I graduated from Viola High School and also Arkansas State University Jonesboro.

I am the owner and primary operator for Arkansas First Choice Insurance in Jonesboro and Hot Spring. My wife, Jeanne, and I have two children. I am the brother to Benjamin Bailey, Owner and Operator of Bailey Insurance Group.

Carla Weaver is a licensed agent in our Jonesboro office.  Carla started with Arkansas First Choice Insurance in May 2014.

I am the manager for our Hot Springs office. My husband, Devin, and I have 3 children and 1 grandson. I have been in the insurance industry since 2006. My family and I are involved with our church and enjoy volunteering in the community. We love to cheer on our Arkansas Razorbacks.

I have been married to my husband, Pete, for 20 years. I am the mom to 3 kids Taylor, Trey and Olivia and a grandma to Riley. I got my insurance license in August of 2020, after being a stay at home mom for 6.5 years. In my spare time I enjoy beach vacations, shopping, visiting big cities and spending time with my family. I began working at the Hot Springs office in March of 2021 and am excited to be a part of this company.
